Rwanda has taken a significant step towards establishing a knowledge-based economy by launching the Apple Accredited Training Center for Education (AATCE). This initiative, led by the Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT), GIZ Rwanda, and the German Embassy, was unveiled at Kepler, AIMS, and AUCA.  Yves Iradukunda, Permanent Secretary of MINICT; Maik Schwarz, GIZ Rwanda Country Director; and Clemens Sidhartha Häusler, Deputy Head of Development Cooperation at the German Embassy, attended the launch.
